Reducing risk of injury, promoting faster recovery, reducing stress and providing a more powerful pedal stroke by lengthening muscles, yoga will significantly improve you as a cyclist.
Starting April 22nd, Blossoming Lotus Yoga will be hosting a 4 week long program developed specifically for cyclists. Taught by Renée Trepanier, an avid cyclist herself, the program is designed for all levels of ability and will meet once a week on Sundays from 11am-12:15pm. Cost for the 4 week program is $60.
