This workshop will focus on limbering the spine, stabilizing the hips, and increasing core strength in order to provide you with a more fluid golf swing. You will learn specific yoga poses that will help develop overall body balance and alignment, improve flexibility and mobility and improve overall fitness . The workshop will begin and end with a meditation to help cultivate a quieter mind, to increase concentration and focus in order to improve your mental golf game.
