New Prenatal Yoga Session @ Blossoming Lotus Yoga

Prenatal Yoga (4)

New Session begins Sunday June 4th, 2017 and runs through till July 9th.

Pregnancy is a wonderful time to begin a yoga practice! Mamas-to-be will love how this practice connects you to your baby and prepares you {mind, body & soul} for childbirth.
Join Renée Trepanier as she guides you through an enjoyable series of gentle poses, breathing techniques, and meditation that will provide you with much needed relaxation while strengthening the muscles that support your baby during pregnancy, labour, and birth.
You may begin your prenatal yoga practice at any point in your pregnancy; however, if you are unsure, check in with your health care provider first. You do not need to have prior yoga experience–we have women of all levels in our prenatal yoga classes.

    Hi Renee,
Just curious about the prenatal class. How far along is suggested before starting to practice. I am just a little under 9 weeks along (we have not yet shared our news as we have had a very difficult time getting to this point). Do you have girls who are this early along or is it more for 2nd and/ 3rd trimester mums.
With you also teaching in Amherstburg, will you be teaching a session there as well or in the summer?
    Thanks for your time.

      Hi Cathy,

Thank you for your inquiry into prenatal yoga at Blossoming Lotus Yoga. The classes are intended for those mamas who are in thir 2nd and 3rd trimester. If you would like you can join us halfway through, once you make it past the first hurtle. No classes offered in Amherstburg at the moment, will let you know when they start back up again.
