Coco Smoothie

Here is a smoothie to satisfy your chocolate cravings.  Make sure to add the maca powder for an extra boost of energy.

Serves 2

1 banana

2 tablespoon hemp seeds

½ tablespoon maca powder (optional)

4 dates, pitted

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

3 tablespoons cocoa powder or carob powder

1 ½ cups non-dairy milk

½ cup ice

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until creamy.
