Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette

3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/3 cup avocado oil
pepper to taste
 
 

In a bowl, combine the mustard, vinegar, maple syrup, garlic powder and sea salt with a whisk. Slowly drizzle in the oil, whisking constantly until creamy. Season with black pepper and possibly a bit more sea salt.
