Strawberry Swirl Ice Cream

The perfect cool treat on a hot humid summer day. My kids love this!

2 cups frozen strawberries
1 banana, chopped
¼ cup coconut milk
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons organic strawberry jam

In the large bowl of a food processor fitted with an `S` blade add strawberries, banana, coconut milk, maple syrup and purée the mixture until smooth and creamy. Add the jam and process until incorporated. Serve immediately, or for a firmer texture use an ice cream maker.
Will keep in the freezer for 1 month, let sit out on the counter for 10 minutes before serving for the best texture.
