School-Safe Snack Bites

Yields 36 snack bites

2/3 cup coconut
1 cup oatmeal
½ cup Super Butter
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup ground flax seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup chocolate chips or raisins
1/3 cup agave nectar

In a large mixing bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well combined.  Refrigerate for 30 minutes and then roll into 1 teaspoon size snack bites.  Keep in the fridge for a healthy and quick snack for you and your kids.
