October’s Playlist: Many Thanks

As we approach Thanksgiving weekend we can take this time to start to practice seeing the good in our life, start to be more entrenched in the moment and take in the abundance that surrounds us. One way to cultivate gratitude is to start a gratitude journal, write down 3-5 things you are grateful for before going to bed each night.  This practice will open your eyes to the abundance that surrounds you, allowing you to feel more fulfilled. To add fuel to the fire, here are a few tracks to inspire you.
