Cashew and Cocoa Fudge

A recipe to help curb your chocolate cravings and give you a bit of a boost after a long day at work.  Make sure to have some on hand at all time, this recipe freezes well.  Enjoy!

1 Cup Cashew Butter

1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder

1/2 Cup Agave Nectar

1/3 Cup Virgin Coconut Butter/Oil,

1/4 Tsp Cinnamon

1/4 Tsp Sea Salt

1/2 Cup Walnuts (optional)

1/4 Cup Dried Coconut (optional)

In a food processor, add all the ingredients except the walnuts and dried coconut and combine.  Once the batter is well mixed fold in the walnuts if using or dried coconut or other ingredients like dried cherries.

Pour the batter into a square glass cake pan or brownie pan. Place the pan in the fridge for several hours until it firms up. With a knife, cut up the fudge into 2 inch squares and transfer to a serving plate to indulge.  Store fudge in freezer for a cool treat.
